Lisa initially graduated from McGill University with a bachelor degree in mechanical engineering and proceeded to work in the flight simulator industry for 15 years. However, after having 3 children Lisa's priorities changed and she decided to follow her long term interest in food and health by pursuing a new career in nutrition. Subsequently, Lisa returned to McGill and graduated with honors, and another bachelor degree in nutritional science, and now runs her own clinical practice in family and pediatric nutrition.
Lisa is currently a masters athlete competing at the national level and twice represented Canada at the world championship level. She trains most days and considers activity an integral part of a healthy lifestyle and now has her personal training certification. Since Lisa lives, works and trains on the West Island she is aware of many resources available in the area for her clients.
